substanz.berlin is one of the leading festival marketing agencies for German, but also European, festivals.
Every day we take care of the conception, acquisition and implementation of brand partnerships at numerous festivals for our organizers. These include the Pop-Kultur Festival, splash, Full Force, melt, Nachtiville, Electrisize and a few other festivals. But you European tours and artists.
Together with our partner company per se, we not only ensure that we find the right brand partners for our festivals, but also stage them at our events.

Your tasks
- Research suitable brand partners for our festivals
- Independent acquisition (cold/warm) of brand partners
- Preparation of offers, negotiation and preparation/follow-up of consultations
- Support of the brand partners at the festivals and staging of the brands on site
- Conception and development of brand activation concepts
- Communication management with our festival partners
You should
- have successfully completed your studies. If you haven't studied but still have experience in the desired areas or your heart beats for our industry, apply anyway.
- Have experience or at least a great interest in the areas of: marketing, branding, music and live entertainment. Because you have to love what you do.
- Be interested in different industries and building brands.
- Be interested in developing individual solutions for our partners.
- Fun want to build a network and get to know new people.
- Be able to listen well, because we don't sell, we advise.
